TopK USA manufactures from two facilities. The main production facility boasts 1,880,000 square feet. The second produces our flooring, doors, windows, wall finishes and ceiling finishes. Each RDCS module is ISO certified and engineered with specific load capacities. Our state of the art facilities can produce a module every 45 seconds!
RDCS modules are protected with two coats of zinc-rich primer inside and out. We layer them with three top coats of acrylic enamel then bake them in our large capacity production ovens. Choose from one of our 96 vibrant top coat colors!

Steel framing
We install all the necessary rough-in plumbing, electrical and framing as part of our manufacturing process. Our framing procedures are designed to perform with the highest efficiency in mind. This process expedites construction, saving time and money.

wood packages
All TopK hardwoods are sourced from the mountains of West Virginia and processed in our facility to produce beautiful 3/4″ oak flooring and 1/2″ wood laminate wall and ceiling finishes. These can be loaded inside the RDCS modules and shipped directly to your job site for completion. Choose a stock stain or wash from 36 stunning shades or customize your build with any unique color.

TopK has automated millwork capabilities and can custom manufacture any kitchen, storage cabinets, closet cabinets, or any other millwork you might require for your interior finish layout.
