Each module ships with the exterior doors and windows installed, exterior paint completed per your color selection, all insulation is completed and set to your specified R value needs, all rough in framing is completed.
All of our DIY models come with a full set of instructions along with phone support. We can also assist with all logistics and cranes to set the modules on all 50 states.
